How to configure BigBuy order synchronisation module

If you have bought a PREMIUM pack, you can automate the orders that you receive in your shop.

What does this mean?

When somebody purchases something in your prestashop shop and this order has the status/es accepted to be transferred in our module, it will then proceed to the ‘pending revision’ stage. At this point, you should check that the invoicing address is correct, for security reasons, and then transfer it.

Is it necessary to have money in the money box?

If you do not have sufficient money in the money box, you should top it up via bank transfer. Alternatively, the order can be placed manually via the BigBuy website without being transferred to automatic orders in your prestashop shop.

Order statuses:

Transferred correctly: The order has been correctly transferred to BigBuy.
There is no money in the money box. There is no credit: You do not have any credit in your BigBuy money box.
Out of stock: Product out of stock in BigBuy, the order will automatically synchronise when it is back in stock.
Retail Price lower than Wholesale Price: Alert: The retail price of one of the products in the order is lower than the wholesale price. Consult BigBuy.
Client does not exist: Wrong client reference.
Incorrect client telephone: It is necessary to enter the telephone number of the client in the order
Minimum order error: The order minimum is not sufficient to be process it in BigBuy.

To activate these, you should carry out the following steps:

Configuration

When a customer places an order in your shop, you can see this by going to Orders > Orders (1). In the list you will see the unique ID number (2) and the status of the order (3).

To be able to transmit the orders to BigBuy, you must go to Orders > BigBuy order synchronisation (1).

Once you are here, you will see all the orders that have been incorporated when they have the status associated with this function (3). That is to say, in this case only those orders with the status ‘payment accepted’ (2) will be visible.

If you would like to add (CTRL + click on the status) or modify this status (click on the status), you should do this in the space indicated by point 2.

To transfer them, you should go to the order line and edit it by selecting the pencil icon (4).

Once you have accessed the order modification, you will see a number of different sections. Below is a description of each section:

  1. Form (2): This shows the information about the delivery address for the order. You can see, to the right of each field, the number of characters that are allowed. Each field in the form should adhere to the number indicated in order to be transferred. If any field does not adhere to this requirement, you will receive an alert indicating the field that needs to be corrected. These characters are stipulated by the carrier that will carry out the order and not by BigBuy, meaning that they cannot be modified.
  2. Order lines: This indicates the lines in the order as well as the situation of these. To revise them, select the lines by marking the checkbox for each line or by marking ‘Select All’ (3).
  3. Messages: If you leave this option active when the order is transferred and this transferral cannot be carried out, you will be able to see the reason for this (5).
  4. Transferral: Button to send the order to BigBuy (6).

Once you click this, you will see that the status of that order line has changed to Pending to be Transferred to BigBuy. Until the carrier has received the alert and started the processing, the BigBuy order will not show any value (image 2).
