When I receive an order in my shop, I have two options:

Option 1:
You have to connect to your private zone in BigBuy and make the order again exactly like your customer order.

Remember that you must have money in your money box and enable when you buy the option Dropshipping, this option is good for your customer to receive products (shipping) in your name.

Option 2:
If you have enabled any Bigbuy Pack, you can activate automatic orders.

When you receive an order and validates it, this order is automatically trasmitted and processed to Bigbuy.

From your Back Office you have access to the order status.

Money box: Is the money taht you have to make orders in BigBuy. You can recharge it by doing a bank transfer (minimum: 300€).

Dropshipping: Is a service where the wholesaler sends directly the products in a anonymous way to the final customer, without involving the distributor. [More info]
