BigBuy, henceforth known as the website administrator, will provide information through its WEBSITE on products and online dealings, as well as offering the possibility of acquisition. Given the content and purpose of the WEBSITE, people who want to buy products must abide by the conditions of users/distributors, which becomes active upon completion of the REGISTRATION form.

Users/distributors do not give personal information just by visiting the WEBSITE and are not obliged to do so.

Users/distributors commit to navigating the WEBSITE and using it in good faith.

BigBuy gives the distributor the chance to assign different email addresses according to the type of communication or to reject communications if they are not necessary, through the My Account section of the WEBSITE.

Distributors can provide data on their end clients to enable the possibility of sending orders through dropshipping. Personal information about end clients can only be accessed through the order with the sole aim of providing delivery. Personal data about end clients which is necessary for delivery will be given to the courier with the sole aim of facilitating the delivery.

The website administrator promises to hold the maximum reservation and confidentiality on the information provided and use it only for the stated purposes.

The website administrator assumes that information provided has come from its owner or someone authorised by the same, and that it is correct and accurate.

This data will be added to the automated file which is the responsibility of the BigBuy web administrator, with the aim of facilitating, streamlining and fulfilling the commitments established between both parties. Similarly, BigBuy makes known the possibility of exercising the rights to access, which allows the website user to see what personal data the administrator of this page has and respond within 30 days, as long as it retains the data, to correction, which allows error to be corrected, and inaccurate or incomplete data to be changed and guarantees the accuracy of information, to objection which could be a request for, and the achievement of, data not being processed, to removal, which allows inadequate or excessive information to be removed, to restriction, which allows a request to limit the processing of personal data once the right to correction of personal data has been exercised, and to portability, meaning that the user can transmit data to other services. These rights can be directly exercised via the My Account section of the WEBSITE, or by opening an incident in the Technical Support Department of the contact area and providing a photocopy of a document that verifies their identity.

To modify or update your personal data, the distributor must access the user area of the WEBSITE.

Therefore, it is the distributor who is responsible for the accuracy of the data and the website administrator will not be responsible for any inaccuracies in personal data from distributors.

In accordance with the current legislation on data protection, the website administrator has adopted the appropriate levels of security for data provided by distributors and, in addition, has put in place all means and measures possible to avoid loss, mistreatment, alteration, unauthorised access and extraction of the same.

BigBuy informs users of their websites that we are obliged to keep as a professional secret the personal data collected by the company through forms on their pages, an obligation which continues even after our commercial or contractual relationship has ended, and under no circumstances can we make public the personal data of website visitors and customers without their permission.
