Is any type of configuration required in order to synchronise these products?

• If you have created your own ecommerce and you work through the MIP, it is very easy.  You will have the condition of the product in the product information and you just need to make sure that this information is displayed in the store’s product details.
• If you have a dropshipping 360º shop, it is very easy. The condition of the product will be sent to your store. If it is not displaying in the product details, contact us and we will help you to display it.
• If you have a synchronisation with BigBuy through the API, we have a new attribute in the /products and /product/ID reference which is called condition. You will find the information there.
• If you carry out the synchronisation through CSV or XML, there is a column/attribute called condition in which the condition of the product is stated.

Possible values for the condition field:

• If you carry out the synchronisation through PrestaShop CSV, there is a column called condition where the condition of the product is stated. In this case, due to limitations of PrestaShop, the only 2 values are new and refurbished

Note! By default, the products in different conditions will synchronise automatically in your sales channel. If you want to exclude this type of product, you should do so on the MIP or in the synchronisation with the API, if applicable.

Bear in mind that they are products with the same EAN but with a different SKU. On the BigBuy website, you will see them as different products because we use the SKU as the main product reference.
