In this article, we show you how the platform works and explain step by step how to work with Decathlon. Here you will find everything you need to know about product integration, API connections, information management, and orders… and much more. Let’s get started. 

1. Account registration and validation 

Before starting the integration with Decathlon, make sure you have a seller account. You can do this from the Decathlon page by adding BigBuy in the comments. Additionally, you must have an active marketplaces pack and have purchased our Decathlon connector. You can do it here. 

2. Access to Decathlon seller account 

Once you have created your Decathlon account, you can access it here. After logging in, we recommend familiarizing yourself with store management using Decathlon’s guide, available in your seller space.

3. Catalog synchronization with Multi-Channel Integration Platform 

To synchronize your Decathlon account, go to your BigBuy account dashboard and click on Multi-Channel > Emarketplaces. Then access Decathlon settings and fill in the API data. 

To obtain the API, go to your Decathlon seller account and click on Personal Settings (top right, click the email icon and then personal settings). Then click on the API Key tab. Copy it and paste it into the Multi-Channel Integration Platform. 

Once the API is entered, you can start publishing your products. To do so, you must synchronize the products you want to publish on the Decathlon marketplace. 

4. Catalog selection 

During the synchronization phase, select the products you want to publish:

5. Shipping and carriers 

After synchronizing your catalog products, it’s time to define carriers and shipping costs. 

In the Multi-Channel Integration Platform panel, you will find the carriers used by BigBuy. We recommend activating as many carriers as possible to ensure proper order delivery. However, you can deactivate those you do not wish to work with. 

Additionally, in this section, you can set a preparation time. The default time is 3 days, but you can modify it according to your needs. 

To set shipping costs, you must access the Decathlon control panel. You can also keep the default carrier settings in your Decathlon account, where you will also find other useful features such as free shipping and how to enable shipping zones. 

6. Pricing strategy 

Once you have selected the products to publish and configured the shipping costs, it is time to define your pricing strategy.

7. Product and price publication 

Once you have defined all the previous steps, you can publish your catalog and the configured prices: 

After publishing, within a few hours, verify that the products have been created on the Decathlon platform in your Catalog Manager. Also check that shipping costs are correctly configured and that the products are visible on the Decathlon website. You will find all relevant information here.

2. Check Distributor Prices and Discounts

Once registered, you can: 

• Browse the full product catalog here: Catalog 

• On each product page, you can see the wholesale prices directly: 

• DP (Distributor Price): The wholesale price available to all customers, even for single-unit orders. 

• RRP (Recommended Retail Price): The sale price suggested by BigBuy, although each seller is free to set their own selling price. 

• Check quantity-based pricing for bulk orders

 You can browse the catalog by category or search directly using the product description or EAN code. 
 Keep in mind that shipping costs and VAT (where applicable) will be added to the final price.

3. Selecting Products for Large Orders 

To efficiently manage large orders: 

1. Browse the catalog and select the products you want 

2. Adjust the desired quantities on each product page 

3. The system will automatically display volume discounts according to the quantities selected 

4. If the MOQ shows a discount for a minimum quantity, any quantity above that minimum will receive the same discount indicated. No additional discount is applied unless explicitly stated. 

4. Requesting a Quote for Bulk Orders 

For bulk orders, quantity-based discounts are always displayed directly on the product page. 

 When to submit a ticket: 
You only need to open a ticket if: 

1. The product page does not show any discounts, or 

2. You want to place an order for multiple products in large quantities where the requested quantity exceeds the maximum range indicated for the discounts. 

How to submit a ticket for this purpose: 

1. Ensure you have a BigBuy account

2. Submit a ticket to our Sales Team via the Contact Area 

Recommended path: 
Contact Area > Customer Service > Product Information > Special Order > Large Quantity Orders.
This ensures our sales experts can provide guidance on how to view discounts or confirm applicable pricing for bulk quantities. 

5. What to Do if a Product is Out of Stock 

If a product is not currently available, BigBuy provides a tool to track upcoming stock entries: 

1. Go to the product page and click the heart-shaped icon 

2. The system will allow you to follow the new entries of that product directly in your Control Panel>Wishlist 

 Important notes: 

• If no date is shown, it means we do not know the exact arrival date of new stock, but we still expect it. 
• We recommend checking our website regularly, as there may be other similar products that could be of interest. 

6. Shipping and Payment Options for Bulk Orders 

Transportation and Shipping

• The best way to check available shipping methods, delivery times, and costs is directly on the product page. 

• You can also make an estimation by adding the products to the shopping cart and introducing the postal code of destination.

Payment Methods

BigBuy offers multiple secure payment options for your convenience: 

• PayPal 

• Moneybox 

• Bank Card 

• Bank Wire Transfer 

This ensures that you can manage large orders efficiently, with full control over costs and secure payments. 

Order via CSV 

BigBuy allows you to place multiple orders by using CSV file format. This format is widely used, and programmes such as Microsoft Excel allow you to create them and modify them. Additionally, the majority of order management systems are able to generate this type of file.

Once you have the orders that you want to place in the CSV, you should upload the file onto the upload CSV order panel.

Once your account is authorized, go to your BigBuy control panel and navigate to Multi-Channel > Marketplaces to start the synchronization.

1. General considerations before enabling the ManoMano connector for a client

• The client must have an active ManoMano Seller account.
• You must obtain from the client:
  • Seller Contact ID (provided by ManoMano, varies by country).
  • API Key for the connection.

In MIP, the seller must enter both fields in the ManoMano connector configuration section.

2. Shipping Rules Configuration (ManoMano Toolbox)

You must upload the file Feed ManoMano.xlsx, which contains the shipping rules previously configured in the Toolbox.

1 – Shipping template:

• Excel file where transportation rules are assigned under the “Carrier Grid” column.
• The number of columns must match the number of templates created in ManoMano.
• If the client works with a single carrier, only one template is required.

Side menu: Parameters → Delivery Settings → Shipping Templates

2 – Create one or multiple shipping templates

Example:

• FreeShipping – GLS_HOME_DELIVERY
• Standard – BRT
• If only one carrier is used, a single template is enough.
• Each template defines country, cost, and delivery time.

Steps:

1. Download the base file Feed ManoMano.xlsx
2. Fill in template names in the “Carrier Grid” column
3. Save the updated file

3. Automated Catalog Configuration (automatic import)

The automatic catalog import is performed directly from the ManoMano Toolbox:

Catalog → Automatic Import

a) Product information

• Insert the Feed URL in the field “Import product data from URL” and click Validate
  → You can fin the feed in your MIP:

In ManoMano backoffice:

1. File type → CSV
2. Encoding → UTF-8
3. Separator → Comma (,)
4. Click Save changes

If the link is correct, a message will appear: “Valid URL”.

b) Offer information (prices and stock)

• Use the same Feed link.
• Enable “Replace the entire catalog with this new version (add and update)”.
• Click Save changes.

Two automatic records will be created: one for Products and another for Offers.

c) Processing status review

Side menu → Catalog → Import logs

In this section you can download feed reports and identify errors.

Recommendations

• Enable FreeShipping in MIP if the same option will be used in ManoMano.
• If FreeShipping is not used, the connector is not compatible.
• Name shipping templates by price or weight range.
• Select the main carrier used per region; MIP will automatically update the carrier and tracking link.
• Each country has its own channel ID and different feed.

4. Operational Notes & Troubleshooting

• If multiple carriers are used (e.g., 6), all cells must be filled in the Feed.
• Do not manually modify carrier or shipping time fields.
• MIP automatically updates these columns when adding new products to the catalog.
• ManoMano allows end customers to choose the carrier → each product must include all active carrier options.
• Sellers are assigned a ManoMano onboarding agent to validate initial configuration.

5. Final Validation

• Product feed: Validated by ManoMano.
• Carrier templates: OK (FreeShipping – GLS_HOME_DELIVERY).
• KAM validation: Performed by the ManoMano agent.

In this section you can add the regions to which you want to be able to serve your shipments.

In this section, choose the country or countries that will use this shipping template. You must also choose whether you want to use a fixed price, free shipping, or other options. Keep in mind that you’ll need to configure the value to suit your needs.

If you want to use free shipping, you have an option in the multichannel option to add a premium to the products and cover the shipping cost.

If, on the other hand, you prefer to choose a fixed price, there is a general information table in the multichannel that will serve as a guide to setting shipping prices.

Remember that once you have set the values ​​within Wix you must save the changes using the Save button that appears in the upper right area of ​​the Wix interface.

If you can’t find the order we received in the marketplace, you can try to retrieve it manually using the multichannel tool.

Make sure the order you are checking has a bigbuy product provided by the multichannel and that the selling channel is connected normally.

First, click on the drop-down menu of the orders option to open the Configuration section.

Within this new section you must perform the following steps

1. Click on the option to recover manual orders
2. Choose the sales channel that corresponds to this order
3. Enter the order number as it appears in the marketplace and click on the Recover button.

This will make a request to your sales channel to attempt to obtain the specified order. Please note that the marketplace may take up to 30 minutes to process the request, and therefore, the order will take a while to appear in the Orders section.

Please note that if you have multiple orders assigned, you will be able to perform a manual retrieval every 15 minutes.

If after this period the order has not appeared in the multi-channel, you can contact our technical support team (specifying what you did, your internal order number, and the sales channel), who will review your specific case.

In this article, we’ll explain how to synchronize your Miravia account using the Multi-channel Integration Platform (MIP).

1. Prerequisites

Before setting up the MIP, it is essential that:

• You already have an active account with Miravia.
  
• You have explicitly requested Miravia to activate the DBS (Delivery By Seller) delivery model, instead of the DBM (Delivery By Miravia) model.
  
• You have the necessary permissions to manage DBS-type warehouses.
  

For a seller to directly manage the shipments of their products on Miravia using the DBS (Delivery By Seller) model, a series of prerequisites must be met, and specific configurations must be applied to their account. Below are the steps required to ensure proper integration and operation of the DBS model.

2. Creation and Configuration of the DBS Warehouse

Once it has been confirmed that the DBS model is activated in your account, you must proceed to configure a warehouse with the following specifications:

Warehouse Creation (1)
You must create a new warehouse and ensure that its name includes the word “DBS”. This detail is essential for the platform to correctly recognize it as a seller-fulfilled warehouse.

Delivery Time Configuration (3)
It is necessary to set the Lead Time, which must include both the order preparation time and the transit time.

Shipping Cost Configuration (3)
You must define the shipping costs applicable to each geographical area, according to the following recommendations:

Shipping Cost Recommendations:

Mainland Spain
It is recommended to set a shipping cost of €0, meaning free shipping. The seller may, if desired, apply a small margin to the product prices to offset this cost.

Balearic and Canary Islands
You may also set the shipping cost to €0. However, in these cases, you are allowed to configure an additional shipping cost impact to avoid undesired sales or margin loss.

3. Configuration in the MIP

Once in the multichannel platform, go to the Marketplaces section and select the Miravia connector. Then, click on the three dots and select Edit Configuration.

After the warehouse has been created, it is important to correctly configure the seller environment within the MIP (Miravia Internal Panel):

Default Warehouse Selection
The seller can indicate which warehouse to use by default. Although shipping templates can also be used, it is recommended to use the DBS-type warehouse created in the previous step, as it does not require any additional template configuration.

Free Shipping Activation
It is recommended to activate the Free Shipping option in the MIP to facilitate conversion and improve the visibility of the products.

4. Important Considerations

• If the seller does not have the DBS model activated, or if Miravia disables it at any time, the Miravia connector will automatically stop working.
• There is an initial limitation of up to 35,000 SKUs in the seller’s account. If you need to exceed this limit, it is possible to request an increase from Miravia.
