<p>To attach the transfer receipt you need to:</p>

<li>Log in to your BigBuy account in Control Panel &gt; Orders &gt; Corresponding order.</li>



<li>Click on Attach &gt; Attach receipt.</li>

<p>For a voucher to be valid it must be an <strong>official document issued by the bank </strong>with its name and logo. It must also contain the following information:</p>

<li><strong>Order No.</strong></li>



<li><strong>Date of execution in DD/MM/YYYY.</strong> At latest to be executed by the following day</li>



<li><strong>Our full bank account number:</strong> ES35 0049 4606 7926 1627 6072</li>



<li><strong>Exact amount in EUROS. </strong>It is not possible to pay by multiple transfers or by several payment methods.</li>

<p>In the Multi-Channel Integration Platform panel, you will find the couriers partnered with BigBuy. We recommend activating as many couriers as possible to ensure proper order delivery. However, you can disable the transport agencies you do not wish to work with.&nbsp;</p>



<p>Additionally, in this section, you can set a preparation time. By default, this time is set to 3 days, but you can adjust it according to your needs.&nbsp;</p>

<p>In your Shopify online store, you have a limited number of products you can publish, so it&#8217;s crucial to carefully select the best products to sell them. If you haven&#8217;t done so yet, we&#8217;re here to guide you on how to easily remove non-performing products from your store.</p>



<p>By deleting unattractive products, you will have more space and access to our catalog updates with new products and brands. This will allow you to offer a better shopping experience to your customers and increase your sales.</p>



<h2 id="step-1-identify-non-selling-products" class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Step 1: Identify Non-Selling Products</strong></h2>



<ol>
<li>Log in to your Shopify store.</li>



<li>Go to &#8220;Analytics&#8221; &gt; “Reports” (located in the left-hand menu).</li>



<li>Click on &#8220;Sales by product.&#8221;</li>



<li>Choose the period you want to review (e.g., the last 3 months).</li>



<li>Be sure that you have selected the column “Variant SKU”</li>



<li>Use the filter to search for products with a &#8220;Quantity&#8221; of 0 (zero sales). These are the non-sellers!</li>



<li>Click &#8220;Export&#8221; and save the file to your computer. This file is important, so be sure to keep it safe!</li>

<li>Delete all other columns and rows, keeping only the “variant_sku” column for the products that haven&#8217;t had sales.</li>



<li>Save the file again as a CSV.</li>

<p>The order preparation time that marketplaces allow to configure does not account for the time of day the order is placed, nor does it consider local holidays or weekends. Additionally, some products are in stock for immediate shipment, while others are shipped the next day.&nbsp;</p>

<li>All our products have a preparation time of 2 to 5 days, depending on the type of product and the warehouse of origin. You can check these times on each product sheet.</li>

<h3 id="1-2-what-do-you-need-to-know" class="wp-block-heading">1.2 <strong>What do you need to know?</strong></h3>



<p>If the estimated dispatch date has passed and your order is still pending dispatch, here are some possible reasons why:</p>

<li><strong>Pending Payment / Validation</strong><br>Check in your Control Panel if the order is marked as pending validation. If you paid by bank transfer, the process can take up to 72 hours. Speed it up by attaching the proof of payment in the order list.</li>



<li><strong>Lack of Export Invoice</strong><br>For orders outside the EU, it is essential to attach the export invoice. See the <a href="https://www.bigbuy.eu/academy/en/how-create-invoice-exports-outside-european-union/">Academy </a>to learn how to create and attach it in the Control Panel.</li>



<li><strong>Order in Process</strong><br>If the status indicates In Process and more than 2 business days have passed with no updates, please contact our team for an update on the status of your order.</li>



<li><strong>Cancelled</strong><br>We handle orders chronologically in order to be completely fair to our customers. If your order has been cancelled by us, it means that it was not possible to deliver it on time. We apologise in advance. </li>

<h3 id="2-3-how-to-obtain-proof-of-delivery" class="wp-block-heading">2.3 <strong>How to obtain proof of delivery</strong></h3>



<ul>
<li>If the order appears to have been delivered, you can request proof of delivery by means of a ticket: Order not received &gt; Request proof of delivery.</li>



<li>If your end customer claims not to have received the order despite the proof of delivery, we will provide you with the Affidavit, which the customer must fill in and return to you, together with their ID card. You can attach these documents to the same ticket so that we can ask the agency to start an investigation. This process may take a few weeks depending on the workload of the agency.</li>
</ul>



<h2 id="3-cancel-order" class="wp-block-heading">3. <strong>Cancel order</strong></h2>



<ul>
<li>We recommend that you open the following ticket Order not received &gt; Cancel order as soon as possible so that we can try to stop your order.</li>



<li>Only orders that are not yet in preparation can be cancelled.</li>



<li>We do not offer the option to place test orders, if you place an order it will be dispatched.</li>



<li>Standard Shipment orders are shipped from secondary warehouses where orders are continuously prepared by a fully automated preparation process. All validated &#8220;Standard Shipment&#8221; orders are dispatched without the option to cancel them. In these cases your end customer must refuse delivery.</li>
</ul>



<h2 id="4-fulfillment-marketplace" class="wp-block-heading">4. <strong>Fulfillment marketplace</strong></h2>



<ol>
<li>Place the order from the B2B catalogue, just like any other BigBuy catalogue, indicating the address of the Marketplace warehouse as the delivery address.</li>



<li>When doing so, remember to tick the box to activate delivery to the fulfilment warehouse. If you do not see this selector, please contact customer service to activate it.</li>



<li>When you receive the email confirmation of this order, open a ticket for the logistics department with the reason &#8220;Order not received&gt; Fulfillment marketplaces&#8221; through the BigBuy contact area indicating that it must be delivered to the marketplace warehouse.</li>



<li>This must be done immediately after placing the order to prevent the order from being handled automatically by the usual protocol.</li>



<li>We will reply with the delivery note of the contents and inform you how many boxes the order consists of.</li>



<li>Prepare the corresponding number of labels (one per box) and attach them to the open ticket.</li>



<li>We will attach the labels to the boxes and send them to the Amazon warehouse address you have indicated.</li>
</ol>

<h2 id="5-additional-information-and-recommendations" class="wp-block-heading">5. <strong>Additional information and recommendations</strong></h2>



<ul>
<li>If this is your first time with BigBuy, we suggest you extend the preparation time in your sales channel. This way you will be able to adjust your catalogue and market to the average times, progressively reducing them to exceed delivery expectations.</li>



<li>Keep in mind that end customers have a 14-day withdrawal period by law.</li>



<li>Tell your customers to check their parcels as soon as they arrive so that, in the event of an incident, you can inform us as soon as possible.</li>



<li>Always indicate that delivery times are approximate, so that your end customers are informed in case of delay.</li>



<li>We recommend that you keep an eye on the tracking tab within the order in the BigBuy Control Panel, as this is where you will receive updates from the agency. If you need more information, you can always go to the transport agency&#8217;s website.</li>



<li>It is important that you indicate to your end customers that it is not possible to cancel an order that is already in preparation.</li>



<li>We remind you that address corrections are possible as long as the state of preparation of the order allows it and as long as the postcode is not modified, as this would affect the shipping costs.</li>

<p>By default, MIP transfers the second subcategory to the <strong>Product Type</strong> field. The semicolon (;) serves as a separator between different categories to preserve the value you enter.</p>

<b>· Store Name</b>: It should not contain special characters and should not be related to BigBuy or any other existing company.</br><br />
<b>· Languages</b>: You can select a maximum of three languages, with one of them being the main language of the store and the others being secondary. (If you are new to eCommerce, we recommend only 1 language)</br><br />
<b>· Logo</b>: If you don&#8217;t have a logo and favicon for your store, you can check the option <b>Add logo and favicon design at no additional cost</b>, and we will create a logo and favicon for your store.</br><br />
<b>· </b>Remember that we use the email address provided in the control panel questionnaire to transfer the store. If you have indicated a different address than the one you intend to use in Shopify, <b>contact us</b> and provide us with the correct email address as soon as possible.<br />

<h3 id="3-1-creating-a-shopify-staff-account" class="wp-block-heading">3.1 <strong>Creating a Shopify &#8220;staff account&#8221;</strong></h3>



<p>When the installation of your store is complete, you will receive a new email from Shopify with the subject: &#8220;<strong>Create Staff Account.</strong>&#8220;<br> Open it and click on “Create Staff Account”, you will land on a Shopify page asking you to create a Shopify ID. Do it and accept the invite.</p>



<p><br>Starting from now, you already have access to your new shop, but you still have to wait for us to transfer the property of the Shop. You can have a look around, but we do not recommend applying any changes to it yet.</p>



<h3 id="3-2-transferring-the-ownership" class="wp-block-heading">3.2 <strong>Transferring the ownership</strong></h3>



<p>The last step is now transferring the store property to you. You will receive two emails:</p>



<ul>
<li>“<strong>Accepted staff account</strong>” </li>



<li>“<strong>You’re now the owner of</strong> <em>your-store-name</em>” </li>
</ul>



<h3 id="3-3-subscribing-to-a-shopify-plan" class="wp-block-heading">3.3 <strong>Subscribing to a Shopify Plan</strong></h3>



<p>Once we transfer you the property of the store, please don’t do it before this step, it is now time to subscribe to a Shopify Plan for our new 360 Shop. </p>



<p>You can do that by opening the last email, click on View Settings and after that, select “pick a plan”.</p>



<p><strong>Important: </strong>Remember that each store needs a Shopify Plan, so it is not possible to become store owner without subscribing to a Plan.</p>



<h4 id="3-3-4-what-to-do-if-you-already-have-a-shopify-plan" class="wp-block-heading">3.3.4 What to do if you already have a Shopify plan</h4>



<p>If you already have a Shopify subscription, let’s check a few alternatives:</p>



<ul>
<li>Cancel the plan (specially if it’s still a trial)</li>
</ul>



<ul>
<li>Subscribe to a new plan for BigBuy 360 shop, and keep your existing plan for a second shop you might run.</li>



<li>Speak with Shopify Support for other possible solutions.</li>
</ul>

<p>Congratulations! You are now the owner of your 360 Dropshipping Shop and ready to embark on this exciting journey.</p>
