• Log in to your BigBuy account in Control Panel > Orders > Corresponding order.
• Click on Attach > Attach receipt.

If the proof of payment is valid, the orders or the wallet reloads will be validated within 24-48h. Otherwise, they will not be validated until the amount of the order is received.

For a voucher to be valid it must be an official document issued by the bank with its name and logo. It must also contain the following information:

• Order No.
• Date of execution in DD/MM/YYYY. At latest to be executed by the following day
• Our full bank account number: ES35 0049 4606 7926 1627 6072
• Exact amount in EUROS. It is not possible to pay by multiple transfers or by several payment methods.

1. Registration and Account Validation 

Before starting the integration with MediaMarkt, you need to create a seller account on their marketplace. You can do this directly on the MediaMarkt website, mentioning BigBuy in the comments. Additionally, you must have an active marketplace package and have purchased our connector for MediaMarkt. You can do so here.

2. Access to MediaMarkt Seller 

Once you have created your account on MediaMarkt, you can access it here. You will also receive a direct access link to the MediaMarkt seller platform along with all the necessary information. 

We recommend familiarizing yourself with managing your store using the MediaMarkt guide, which can be consulted here. 

3. Catalog Synchronization with Multi-Channel Integration Platform

To synchronize your MediaMarkt account, go to the control panel of your BigBuy account and click on Multi-Channel > eMarketplaces. Once there, access the MediaMarkt configuration and enter your API details. 

To obtain the API, log in to your MediaMarkt seller account and click on Personal Settings (at the top right, click on the email icon). Then, click on the API Key tab. Copy the key and paste it into the Multi-Channel Integration Platform. 

Once the API is entered into the Multi-Channel Integration Platform, you can start publishing your products. To do this, you must synchronize the categories you wish to publish on the MediaMarkt marketplace. 

4. Catalog Selection 

During the synchronization process on the Multi-Channel Integration Platform, select the products you want to publish:

5. Shipping and Couriers 

After synchronizing the desired catalog products, it’s time to define the couriers and shipping costs. 

In the Multi-Channel Integration Platform panel, you will find the couriers partnered with BigBuy. We recommend activating as many couriers as possible to ensure proper order delivery. However, you can disable the transport agencies you do not wish to work with. 

Additionally, in this section, you can set a preparation time. By default, this time is set to 3 days, but you can adjust it according to your needs. 

To set shipping costs, you need to access the MediaMarkt control panel. Here, you will find a complete guide on the steps to follow in your MediaMarkt account, along with other useful features such as free shipping options and enabling shipping zones. 

6. Pricing Strategy 

Once you have selected the products to publish and configured the shipping costs, it’s time to define your pricing strategy.

7. Product and Pricing Publication 

Once all the previous steps have been completed, you can publish the configured catalog and prices: 

After publication, wait a few hours and verify that the products have been created on the MediaMarkt platform in your Catalog Manager. Also, check that the shipping costs are correctly configured and that the products are visible on the MediaMarkt website. You can find all the relevant information here.

When you have selected your first products, go to the last step of the Multichannel and make your first publication. 

Although the MIP indicates that the publication has been completed, it is possible that the products may not appear in your Amazon listing. Amazon may take an additional 48 hours to complete the publication. 

And now, what’s the next step?

By “Seller Performance” we mean the metrics that you should control daily and very carefully to keep your account in good standing, such as infringement reports, customer reviews, compliance with established shipping times, good management of returns, etc.

By deleting unattractive products, you will have more space and access to our catalog updates with new products and brands. This will allow you to offer a better shopping experience to your customers and increase your sales.

Step 1: Identify Non-Selling Products

1. Log in to your Shopify store.
2. Go to “Analytics” > “Reports” (located in the left-hand menu).
3. Click on “Sales by product.”
4. Choose the period you want to review (e.g., the last 3 months).
5. Be sure that you have selected the column “Variant SKU”
6. Use the filter to search for products with a “Quantity” of 0 (zero sales). These are the non-sellers!
7. Click “Export” and save the file to your computer. This file is important, so be sure to keep it safe!

Step 2: Prepare the File for BigBuy

1. Open the file you downloaded (it’s a CSV file). You can use programs like Excel or Google Sheets.
2. Clean up the file, keeping only the product lines that haven’t had sales or have had corrections by consulting the “net_quantity” column.
3. Find the column labeled “variant_sku.” SKUs are like the ID numbers for each product.
4. Delete all other columns and rows, keeping only the “variant_sku” column for the products that haven’t had sales.
5. Save the file again as a CSV.

Step 3: Remove These Products from Your Store

1. Log in to your BigBuy account and go to Control Panel > Multichannel Integration Platform.
2. Access your sales channel and, under “Catalog Management,” look for the option “Exclude products” > “Exclude products by SKU.”
3. Click on “Exclude by CSV” and select the file you prepared in Step 2.
4. Go to the final step and publish this exclusion.

BigBuy will take care of removing these products from your store, giving you the opportunity to add new, more in-demand products!

1. Amazon Shipping Cost Configuration 

1.1 Shipping Rates Table in Marketplaces 

Before starting the shipping cost configuration on Amazon, it is important to understand the associated costs. In the Carriers section then Marketplace Freight Template > Marketplace freight, we provide a table that includes approximate shipping price ranges: 

Configuration Strategies: 

• Conservative: Opt for maximum prices to avoid losses on shipping costs. 

• Competitive: Use the minimum values, absorbing part of the cost on some shipments. 

For a more detailed review of shipping costs by shipping agency, download the CSV file from your BigBuy control panel (in the Downloads section > CSV/XML file). 

1.2 Setting Up Shipping Costs on Amazon 

In this section, we will learn how to set up shipping costs in your Amazon account, considering the carrier’s table we reviewed earlier. 

• Access the shipping cost setup section from your Amazon account. 

• In Shipping Settings > Shipping Templates, create a new template, set costs per product/weight, and shipping time according to the carrier’s table. Follow the recommended transit times to avoid penalties. 

• If you want to ship outside your main country, you need to configure the zones for International Shipping as well. 

2. Carrier Configuration 

2.1 Selecting Carriers 

Learn how to quickly manage the activation/deactivation of available carriers for Amazon. 

• Activate/deactivate carriers on the Multi-Channel Integration Platform (MIP) according to your preferences. The changes are saved automatically; no need to publish. 

• Deactivating a carrier could leave areas without service, and the orders will be marked as “Pending on Review” so you can choose from available carriers. 

2.2 Preparation Time 

The order preparation time that marketplaces allow to configure does not account for the time of day the order is placed, nor does it consider local holidays or weekends. Additionally, some products are in stock for immediate shipment, while others are shipped the next day. 

BigBuy has a technology that solves this complexity. Its algorithms automatically calculate and changes the optimal order preparation time in the marketplace based on multiple conditions. 

Note that some marketplaces have preparation time limitations. 

2.3 Free Shipping Configuration 

In the same Carrier’s section, you have the Free Shipping option. By activating it you will automatically include the shipping costs in the final sale price. 

Follow these steps to activate Free Shipping both on Amazon and on the MIP: 

• Activating Free Shipping on Amazon: 
  • Set up templates with 0€ shipping rates in the Shipping Settings section on Amazon. 

• Activating Free Shipping on the MIP: 
  • In Carriers > Carrier Settings on the MIP activate the Free Shipping option and publish to apply changes. 
  • Remember to activate free shipping on the Marketplace before doing it on the MIP.

3. Marketplace Freight Template 

3.1 Default Shipping Templates 

If you are looking for specific shipping costs for BigBuy products, this section guides you through the setup both in the marketplace back office and on the MIP. 

• Create a specific template for BigBuy’s products in the marketplaces back office. 

• On the MIP, indicate the same name you have given to the template created before. Add it to Carriers > Marketplace freight template < Default shipping templates.

3.2 Shipping Restriction Template 

If there are products in your catalogue selection that are not exported outside the European Union and some islands, you will see this option in your integration software settings. Generally, these products have references starting with S71*, S72*, S74*, S83*, S91* and M01*. 

Create a shipping template in the Marketplace for these products and fill in the name of the template here. 

3.3 Free Shipping Template 

If there are products in your catalogue selection that have free shipping by default (SKU references S71* and S74*), you can create a template for them and specify the name of that template in this field. 

Final Considerations: 

• Configure shipping costs on each Marketplace first. 

• Consider using the MIP Free Shipping feature to improve conversion rates.

How to view the quantity of products

To see the quantity of products in your store, you need to access the product area and follow the steps below: 

Once here, in the URL, delete everything that appears after the word “products.”  

Write /count.json and press enter to see the quantity of products in our store. 

How to view the quantity of variations

To view the quantity of variations, follow the previous example and modify the URL by changing the word “products” to “variants“; this way you’ll obtain the count of variations. 

Considerations for adding variants

• You can create up to 100 variants for a product. 

• Each product can have up to three options. Options can vary from one product to another. For example, one product may use size, color, and style, while another product may use weight, finish, and material. 

• If you have 50,000 variants or more in the store, a daily rate limit applies for uploading variants through an app or importing a CSV file. You can add up to 1,000 new variants in a day before reaching the limit. If you have the Shopify Plus plan, the daily rate limit for uploading variants does not apply to your store. 

With these simple steps, you can easily verify the total number of products in your store, as well as the number of variants for each individual product. 1.1 Introduction

• All our products have a preparation time of 2 to 5 days, depending on the type of product and the warehouse of origin. You can check these times on each product sheet.

1.2 What do you need to know?

If the estimated dispatch date has passed and your order is still pending dispatch, here are some possible reasons why:

• Pending Payment / Validation
  Check in your Control Panel if the order is marked as pending validation. If you paid by bank transfer, the process can take up to 72 hours. Speed it up by attaching the proof of payment in the order list.
• Lack of Export Invoice
  For orders outside the EU, it is essential to attach the export invoice. See the Academy to learn how to create and attach it in the Control Panel.
• Order in Process
  If the status indicates In Process and more than 2 business days have passed with no updates, please contact our team for an update on the status of your order.
• Cancelled
  We handle orders chronologically in order to be completely fair to our customers. If your order has been cancelled by us, it means that it was not possible to deliver it on time. We apologise in advance. 

We remind you that in this case, you can send us a ticket for more details.

2. Orders in Transit 

2.1 How to track your order

• If your order has already been dispatched, you will always find the tracking number in the “Tracking” tab of your Control Panel. We recommend that you check the status of your order on the agency’s website for more details. Please note that the tracking needs at least 24h to be updated after shipment.

2.2 When should I contact us?

• If the information on the carrier’s website does not allow you to know the delivery date or mentions any incident, we recommend you to open the following ticket: Order not received > Order still in transit. Our Logistics department will contact the agency to speed up your delivery.

2.3 How to obtain proof of delivery

• If the order appears to have been delivered, you can request proof of delivery by means of a ticket: Order not received > Request proof of delivery.
• If your end customer claims not to have received the order despite the proof of delivery, we will provide you with the Affidavit, which the customer must fill in and return to you, together with their ID card. You can attach these documents to the same ticket so that we can ask the agency to start an investigation. This process may take a few weeks depending on the workload of the agency.

3. Cancel order

• We recommend that you open the following ticket Order not received > Cancel order as soon as possible so that we can try to stop your order.
• Only orders that are not yet in preparation can be cancelled.
• We do not offer the option to place test orders, if you place an order it will be dispatched.
• Standard Shipment orders are shipped from secondary warehouses where orders are continuously prepared by a fully automated preparation process. All validated “Standard Shipment” orders are dispatched without the option to cancel them. In these cases your end customer must refuse delivery.

4. Fulfillment marketplace

1. Place the order from the B2B catalogue, just like any other BigBuy catalogue, indicating the address of the Marketplace warehouse as the delivery address.
2. When doing so, remember to tick the box to activate delivery to the fulfilment warehouse. If you do not see this selector, please contact customer service to activate it.
3. When you receive the email confirmation of this order, open a ticket for the logistics department with the reason “Order not received> Fulfillment marketplaces” through the BigBuy contact area indicating that it must be delivered to the marketplace warehouse.
4. This must be done immediately after placing the order to prevent the order from being handled automatically by the usual protocol.
5. We will reply with the delivery note of the contents and inform you how many boxes the order consists of.
6. Prepare the corresponding number of labels (one per box) and attach them to the open ticket.
7. We will attach the labels to the boxes and send them to the Amazon warehouse address you have indicated.

5. Additional information and recommendations

• If this is your first time with BigBuy, we suggest you extend the preparation time in your sales channel. This way you will be able to adjust your catalogue and market to the average times, progressively reducing them to exceed delivery expectations.
• Keep in mind that end customers have a 14-day withdrawal period by law.
• Tell your customers to check their parcels as soon as they arrive so that, in the event of an incident, you can inform us as soon as possible.
• Always indicate that delivery times are approximate, so that your end customers are informed in case of delay.
• We recommend that you keep an eye on the tracking tab within the order in the BigBuy Control Panel, as this is where you will receive updates from the agency. If you need more information, you can always go to the transport agency’s website.
• It is important that you indicate to your end customers that it is not possible to cancel an order that is already in preparation.
• We remind you that address corrections are possible as long as the state of preparation of the order allows it and as long as the postcode is not modified, as this would affect the shipping costs.

This process is divided into four phases:

1. Before installation

1.1 Accessing the Control Panel

After purchasing your 360 store, access your control panel. You will notice that your newly acquired 360 store is listed under the ‘Stores’ section.

1.2 Filling in the store information

By clicking on the pencil icon , you will see the form where you need to fill in important information about your store.

1.3 Confirming and sending the data

After filling in all the information and confirming the selected catalogue and theme, click on ‘Send Data.’

2. During the Installation

Since we have received your store’s data, the installation process will take approximately 5-7 business days.

2.1 Following the process

You can follow the installation process of your store from the same section in the control panel, “Shops.”

2.2 Tips and support

This is the perfect time to start your market research if you haven’t done it yet. During these days, do not miss the advice that your Customer Success Advisor will be emailing you.

We recommend focusing on

– Finding your niche 

– Studying the public

– Choosing the products

– Working on your brand.

2.3 Shopify emails

hile we prepare your shop, you will first receive a few emails.

• An email change request was made: You do not have to do anything with this email, Shopify is just informing you.

• Verify your email address: Open this one and click on Verify your email.

3. After the installation

3.1 Creating a Shopify “staff account”

When the installation of your store is complete, you will receive a new email from Shopify with the subject: “Create Staff Account.“
 Open it and click on “Create Staff Account”, you will land on a Shopify page asking you to create a Shopify ID. Do it and accept the invite.

Starting from now, you already have access to your new shop, but you still have to wait for us to transfer the property of the Shop. You can have a look around, but we do not recommend applying any changes to it yet.

3.2 Transferring the ownership

The last step is now transferring the store property to you. You will receive two emails:

• “Accepted staff account” 
• “You’re now the owner of your-store-name” 

3.3 Subscribing to a Shopify Plan

Once we transfer you the property of the store, please don’t do it before this step, it is now time to subscribe to a Shopify Plan for our new 360 Shop. 

You can do that by opening the last email, click on View Settings and after that, select “pick a plan”.

Important: Remember that each store needs a Shopify Plan, so it is not possible to become store owner without subscribing to a Plan.

3.3.4 What to do if you already have a Shopify plan

If you already have a Shopify subscription, let’s check a few alternatives:

• Cancel the plan (specially if it’s still a trial)

• Subscribe to a new plan for BigBuy 360 shop, and keep your existing plan for a second shop you might run.
• Speak with Shopify Support for other possible solutions.

4. After the handover

Congratulations! You are now the owner of your 360 Dropshipping Shop and ready to embark on this exciting journey.
