The craft game Ebotics Croc and Play BXCROC01 is an interactive creation kit designed for children from + 6 years, students and fans of robotics and digital art to experiment with electronics in a visual, simple way, turning everyday objects into keys that send information to the computer just like a keyboard or mouse. The set includes a Croc & Play board with 17 inputs and Ground, which assigns each input to keyboard or mouse functions, allowing you to create homemade game controllers, fruit pianos, interactive surfaces and other creative projects. The kit also contains 10 crocodile cables and 10 male-male jumper wires, plus a double USB to mini USB cable for connection to the computer, with an approximate weight of 200 g for easy transport and handling. Power is supplied via USB connection, so no batteries or external sources are required, and there is no need to install drivers or specific software: just plug in the board, build the circuit and start experimenting. It is compatible with major operating systems, including Windows, Mac, Linux and most Android devices with OTG, expanding its use in educational and home environments. For the setups to work properly, all objects used must be conductive materials (for example, metal elements, the human body, fruits, plants, graphite or non-distilled water), the circuit must have a clearly defined beginning and end and must be “grounded” by connecting the user or object to the Ground terminal, thus activating the signal when both ends are touched at the same time. Thanks to its ergonomic design, its multicolour structure and its 22 main pieces, this basic robotics and creative electronics kit offers a clear, practical introduction to the concepts of circuit, conduction and digital input on a computer. Overall, the Ebotics Croc and Play BXCROC01 is an educational, versatile solution for introducing physical-digital interaction in school projects, workshops and beginner activities in programming and creative robotics.
