<p>To attach the transfer receipt you need to:</p>



<ul>
<li>Log in to your BigBuy account in Control Panel &gt; Orders &gt; Corresponding order.</li>



<li>Click on Attach &gt; Attach receipt.</li>
</ul>

<p>If the proof of payment is valid, the orders or the wallet reloads will be validated within 24-48h. Otherwise, they will not be validated until the amount of the order is received.</p>



<p>For a voucher to be valid it must be an <strong>official document issued by the bank </strong>with its name and logo. It must also contain the following information:</p>



<ul>
<li><strong>Order No.</strong></li>



<li><strong>Date of execution in DD/MM/YYYY.</strong> At latest to be executed by the following day</li>



<li><strong>Our full bank account number:</strong> ES35 0049 4606 7926 1627 6072</li>



<li><strong>Exact amount in EUROS. </strong>It is not possible to pay by multiple transfers or by several payment methods.</li>

<li>In the “<strong>Schedule your orders</strong>” section, select your preferred delay time from the available options (between 1h and 24h).&nbsp;</li>

<li>Access your Control Panel in the “<strong>Orders</strong>” section.</li>



<li>Select an order number and click on <strong>Cancel</strong>.&nbsp;</li>

<h2 id="1-orders-pending-dispatch" class="wp-block-heading">1. <strong>Orders pending dispatch</strong></h2>



<h3 id="1-1-introduction" class="wp-block-heading">1.1 <strong>Introduction</strong></h3>



<ul>
<li>All our products have a preparation time of 2 to 5 days, depending on the type of product and the warehouse of origin. You can check these times on each product sheet.</li>
</ul>



<h3 id="1-2-what-do-you-need-to-know" class="wp-block-heading">1.2 <strong>What do you need to know?</strong></h3>



<p>If the estimated dispatch date has passed and your order is still pending dispatch, here are some possible reasons why:</p>



<ul>
<li><strong>Pending Payment / Validation</strong><br>Check in your Control Panel if the order is marked as pending validation. If you paid by bank transfer, the process can take up to 72 hours. Speed it up by attaching the proof of payment in the order list.</li>



<li><strong>Lack of Export Invoice</strong><br>For orders outside the EU, it is essential to attach the export invoice. See the <a href="https://www.bigbuy.eu/academy/en/how-create-invoice-exports-outside-european-union/">Academy </a>to learn how to create and attach it in the Control Panel.</li>



<li><strong>Order in Process</strong><br>If the status indicates In Process and more than 2 business days have passed with no updates, please contact our team for an update on the status of your order.</li>



<li><strong>Cancelled</strong><br>We handle orders chronologically in order to be completely fair to our customers. If your order has been cancelled by us, it means that it was not possible to deliver it on time. We apologise in advance. </li>
</ul>

<h2 id="2-orders-in-transit" class="wp-block-heading">2. <strong>Orders in Transit </strong></h2>



<h3 id="2-1-how-to-track-your-order" class="wp-block-heading">2.1 <strong>How to track your order</strong></h3>



<ul>
<li>If your order has already been dispatched, you will always find the tracking number in the &#8220;Tracking&#8221; tab of your Control Panel. We recommend that you check the status of your order on the agency&#8217;s website for more details. Please note that the tracking needs at least 24h to be updated after shipment.</li>
</ul>



<h3 id="2-2-when-should-i-contact-us" class="wp-block-heading">2.2 <strong>When should I contact us?</strong></h3>



<ul>
<li>If the information on the carrier&#8217;s website does not allow you to know the delivery date or mentions any incident, we recommend you to open the following ticket: Order not received &gt; Order still in transit. Our Logistics department will contact the agency to speed up your delivery.</li>
</ul>



<h3 id="2-3-how-to-obtain-proof-of-delivery" class="wp-block-heading">2.3 <strong>How to obtain proof of delivery</strong></h3>



<ul>
<li>If the order appears to have been delivered, you can request proof of delivery by means of a ticket: Order not received &gt; Request proof of delivery.</li>



<li>If your end customer claims not to have received the order despite the proof of delivery, we will provide you with the Affidavit, which the customer must fill in and return to you, together with their ID card. You can attach these documents to the same ticket so that we can ask the agency to start an investigation. This process may take a few weeks depending on the workload of the agency.</li>
</ul>



<h2 id="3-cancel-order" class="wp-block-heading">3. <strong>Cancel order</strong></h2>



<ul>
<li>We recommend that you open the following ticket Order not received &gt; Cancel order as soon as possible so that we can try to stop your order.</li>



<li>Only orders that are not yet in preparation can be cancelled.</li>



<li>We do not offer the option to place test orders, if you place an order it will be dispatched.</li>



<li>Standard Shipment orders are shipped from secondary warehouses where orders are continuously prepared by a fully automated preparation process. All validated &#8220;Standard Shipment&#8221; orders are dispatched without the option to cancel them. In these cases your end customer must refuse delivery.</li>
</ul>



<h2 id="4-fulfillment-marketplace" class="wp-block-heading">4. <strong>Fulfillment marketplace</strong></h2>



<ol>
<li>Place the order from the B2B catalogue, just like any other BigBuy catalogue, indicating the address of the Marketplace warehouse as the delivery address.</li>



<li>When doing so, remember to tick the box to activate delivery to the fulfilment warehouse. If you do not see this selector, please contact customer service to activate it.</li>



<li>When you receive the email confirmation of this order, open a ticket for the logistics department with the reason &#8220;Order not received&gt; Fulfillment marketplaces&#8221; through the BigBuy contact area indicating that it must be delivered to the marketplace warehouse.</li>



<li>This must be done immediately after placing the order to prevent the order from being handled automatically by the usual protocol.</li>



<li>We will reply with the delivery note of the contents and inform you how many boxes the order consists of.</li>



<li>Prepare the corresponding number of labels (one per box) and attach them to the open ticket.</li>



<li>We will attach the labels to the boxes and send them to the Amazon warehouse address you have indicated.</li>
</ol>

<p>Before publishing, we must check the products that will be synchronized.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Above all, we recommend paying attention to the following common errors:&nbsp;</p>

<li><strong>Product deletion</strong><em>: </em>Publications do not accumulate, but they are overwritten. If we select a product in the first publication and remove it during the second one, it will stop synchronizing. Additionally, if we delete the product directly in the store, it will reappear in the next update. </li>
</ol>



<ol start="4">
<li><strong>Exclusion by status</strong>: In this tool, the word &#8220;<em>New</em>&#8221; refers to all non-refurbished products. Therefore, if we exclude &#8220;<em>New</em>&#8221; and all the &#8220;<em>Refurbished</em>&#8221; options, the entire catalog will be excluded.</li>

Let&#8217;s say we choose the category &#8220;perfumes,&#8221; the brand &#8220;InnovaGoods,&#8221; and 5 sneakers by reference number. If we exclude prices from 0 to 50 euros, we will see all perfumes and InnovaGoods products priced over 50 euros, as well as all sneakers, regardless of their price.</li>

<p>Once successfully published, we can review the status of the products in the &#8220;<em>Products</em>&#8221; section by entering the SKU/reference number of each item for which we need more information.</p>

<p>Next, we will explain the 4 main states and what to do in each case. </p>



<h2 id="3-published" class="wp-block-heading">3. <strong>Published</strong></h2>



<p>This state indicates that the product is synchronized, so it should appear in your store. If it doesn&#8217;t, you should contact the technical support of the sales channel and review its configuration.&nbsp;</p>



<p>If you don&#8217;t want the product to continue appearing in your store, you should exclude it from your connector &gt; <strong><em>Catalogue management </em></strong>and republish it.&nbsp;</p>



<p>If your connector has the <strong><em>Remove of unselected products</em></strong> tool, you can activate it so that products are automatically removed from your store once deselected.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Not all sales channels allow the use of this tool, so if you can&#8217;t find it in the <strong><em>Additional Configuration</em></strong> area of your connector, ask the sales channel how to proceed: either by manually removing the products or waiting for them to disappear automatically. </p>



<p>In any case, you will see the status change to &#8220;<em>Excluded</em>&#8221; immediately after publishing the changes. </p>



<h2 id="4-not-published" class="wp-block-heading"><strong><strong>4. Not published</strong> </strong></h2>



<p>This state includes products that have not been published on the sales channel without being excluded. It refers to:&nbsp;</p>



<ul>
<li>New products that have just appeared in the Multi-Channel Integration Platform.&nbsp;</li>



<li>Unpublished channels.&nbsp;</li>



<li>Products that are still being published.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>



<h2 id="5-excluded" class="wp-block-heading"><strong><strong>5. Excluded</strong> </strong></h2>



<p>This state applies to all products that have never been selected or were selected but are no longer part of the current selection. The status remains regardless of how many publications have been made since it was removed. It only indicates that the reason we can&#8217;t find it in our store is because it hasn&#8217;t been selected in the <strong><em>Catalog Management</em></strong> step. </p>



<p>This state also includes products that our system has excluded based on feedback received from the sales channel. There are different reasons for this; you may not be authorized to sell that brand or type of product, your account may be missing some selling permission, etc.&nbsp;</p>



<p>In this case, we recommend that you contact the sales channel directly to obtain more information about the reason for the exclusion. If they require any documents that we can provide, don&#8217;t hesitate to contact us through a customer support ticket via your <strong><em>Contact Area</em></strong>. </p>



<h2 id="6-restricted-by-selling-channel" class="wp-block-heading">6. Restricted by selling channel</h2>



<p>As a preventive measure, some products may not be available for synchronization with certain sales channels. This could be due to various reasons such as specific channel regulations, product limitations, new additions to the catalog still under review, or others. For example, eBay does not allow the sale of sexual or alcoholic products.&nbsp;</p>



<p>Therefore, regardless of whether you select them in your catalog, they are halted at the time of synchronization. It&#8217;s important to understand that these restrictions exist to ensure compliance and a smooth selling experience for both sellers and customers.&nbsp;</p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">As a seller, you will need to carry out all the prior checks with your customer and collect all the information required in order to complete the incident report correctly. You will find all the information requested in the packing list, which is attached to all our deliveries, whether they are B2B or dropshipping. This contains your order, the items ordered, the signature or number of the operators that prepared the order (control check 1 and 2).</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">You will need to complete the “Comments” field with a clear explanation and as much detail as possible. You must also add, in the file attachments, all the requested images of the item in question. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Once your query is open, our after-sales team will carry out a thorough review of the case to inform you whether the return will go ahead. If this is the case, we will deal with the refund as quickly as possible. </span></p>
<p><b>Where and when will I receive my refund?</b><span style="font-weight: 400;"> </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We will pay the refund using the same payment method that was used in the order, as soon as the after-sales team deals with the incident and validates it. If you have paid using the balance from your wallet or bank transfer, you will receive it in your wallet. If you placed the order via Paycomet, PayPal or credit card, the refund will go directly into these accounts. </span></p>

<p>This way, you&#8217;ll complete the topping up process and you&#8217;ll just have to wait for your balance to be approved by our administrative department. <br>It&#8217;s not necessary to open a ticket as at BigBuy, we automatically review all recharges during the day.&nbsp;<br>If the receipt is not attached or is not valid, the process could take more than 24/48 hours.</p>
