The wallet is a credit balance that can be recharged by bank transfer or through dropshipping reimbursement payments. There are no additional costs for buying with the wallet method of payment.
We’ll now explain how to use the Wallet in your BigBuy account.
1. Create a Deposit funds request
1. Go to your BigBuy panel.
2. Select the option Wallet (1) > Deposit funds (2).
3. You must add at least €300, as shown in the image (3)
4. To add the amount needed, enter it in the corresponding field (4).
5. Lastly, click on the Add (5) button.
Once added, you will have done the request for topping up your Wallet in your BigBuy account.
After doing this, you will receive an email with the necessary data on how to do the bank transfer
Remember that it is very important that your transfer’s concept is the recharge number that appears in the email that we send you.
2. Attach the transfer receipt
Once the transfer has been made you need to attach the transfer receipt, just follow these steps:
1. Go to your BigBuy Control Panel. Visit the Order section (1) and open the corresponding order:
2. Click on Attach (3) and select Attach Receipt (4)
3. Select the file from your computer (5) and click on Send (6).
The topping up process is now finished. You now only have to wait for your Administration department to validate your balance.
3. Withdraw funds from the Wallet
To withdraw funds from the Waller, access your BigBuy control panel, go to Waller section (1) and click on Withdraw funds (2).
Fill in the information in the pop-up:
- The amount you want to withdraw (Minimum 50€)
- Method of the withdrawal (Bank transfer or Paypal)
- The account where you will receive the funds
You will receive your funds after 5-10 working days of the date of the request.
4. Configure the Notification of low balance in your wallet
This option allows you to receive a notification when your credit is about to run out. To activate it, simply enter the minimum amount (1) at which you want us to notify you, and click on “Enable notifications” (2).
