How do you choose an alternative product with the same EAN in the Multi-Channel Integration Platform?

Now, if a customer places an order in your store or marketplace for a product which is out of stock, from the Multi-Channel Integration Platform you can select, if available, an alternative with the same EAN.

To do so, in the Multi-Channel Integration Platform go to Orders > Pending review. Select the order that has been left as pending review due to lack of stock.

You will see that there is a notice indicating that some products are out of stock.

In the event that a product from the same EAN is available which is in stock, the available alternatives will be offered in the following block of Product Lines. It is the same product but may be from a different supplier and/or have a different price.

Once you have selected the alternative product which is in stock, you can click on Resend Order.

IMPORTANT: This function will only be available for those products that have an EAN alternative in BigBuy. Not all BigBuy products have it, so in that case you must delete the product before resending the order.
