How to set the sales price for the customer without VAT

IMPORTANT
This article only relates to Prestashop stores.

VAT is an indirect tax levied on the added value of a product or service and borne by the final consumer.

However, although it is a compulsory tax, there may be some exceptions that mean you don’t need to apply it. If this is the case for you, we will explain how to proceed.

If you do not want to charge the VAT percentage that corresponds to your country, you can deactivate it. To do this, you should contact us via ticket on this link and tell us that you want to deactivate the VAT in your shop.

Once we have processed your request, you will receive a reply to your ticket from the support department with the deactivation details. If you accept this, we will proceed to deactivate the VAT in your shop at your own responsibility.

If the VAT assigned to your invoicing country has changed or is incorrect, you should inform the support department at BigBuy through this link so that they can change it both on the Multi-Channel Integration Platform and in your shop.
