How to specify a specific shipping template for the Multi-Channel Integration Platform

If you want to have specific shipping costs for BigBuy’s products on your marketplace, you need to carry out a series of configurations, both on the Multi-Channel Integration Platform and in the marketplace. Below, we show you the steps to follow:

In the marketplace:

In the marketplace you want to synchronise with BigBuy, you need to create a specific shipping template for BigBuy products. Do this from your marketplace’s backoffice, configure the shipping costs you wish to use and enter a name so you can identify it. You will need to use this on the Multi-Channel Integration Platform.

On Multi-channel Integration Platform:

In the carriers step within the Multi-Channel Integration Platform, you should enter the name of the specific shipping template you have created in the marketplace for BigBuy products.

To do so, in the “Shipping template name” section, you should enter the same name you used for the template created in your marketplace in order for BigBuy’s products to have specific shipping costs.

Otherwise, the Multi-Channel Integration Platform will use your marketplace’s “default” template.
