In this section, choose the country or countries that will use this shipping template. You must also choose whether you want to use a fixed price, free shipping, or other options. Keep in mind that you’ll need to configure the value to suit your needs.

If you want to use free shipping, you have an option in the multichannel option to add a premium to the products and cover the shipping cost.

If, on the other hand, you prefer to choose a fixed price, there is a general information table in the multichannel that will serve as a guide to setting shipping prices.

Remember that once you have set the values ​​within Wix you must save the changes using the Save button that appears in the upper right area of ​​the Wix interface.

By deleting unattractive products, you will have more space and access to our catalog updates with new products and brands. This will allow you to offer a better shopping experience to your customers and increase your sales.

Step 1: Identify Non-Selling Products

1. Log in to your Shopify store.
2. Go to “Analytics” > “Reports” (located in the left-hand menu).
3. Click on “Sales by product.”
4. Choose the period you want to review (e.g., the last 3 months).
5. Be sure that you have selected the column “Variant SKU”
6. Use the filter to search for products with a “Quantity” of 0 (zero sales). These are the non-sellers!
7. Click “Export” and save the file to your computer. This file is important, so be sure to keep it safe!

Step 2: Prepare the File for BigBuy

1. Open the file you downloaded (it’s a CSV file). You can use programs like Excel or Google Sheets.
2. Clean up the file, keeping only the product lines that haven’t had sales or have had corrections by consulting the “net_quantity” column.
3. Find the column labeled “variant_sku.” SKUs are like the ID numbers for each product.
4. Delete all other columns and rows, keeping only the “variant_sku” column for the products that haven’t had sales.
5. Save the file again as a CSV.

Step 3: Remove These Products from Your Store

1. Log in to your BigBuy account and go to Control Panel > Multichannel Integration Platform.
2. Access your sales channel and, under “Catalog Management,” look for the option “Exclude products” > “Exclude products by SKU.”
3. Click on “Exclude by CSV” and select the file you prepared in Step 2.
4. Go to the final step and publish this exclusion.

How to view the quantity of products

To see the quantity of products in your store, you need to access the product area and follow the steps below: 

Once here, in the URL, delete everything that appears after the word “products.”  

Write /count.json and press enter to see the quantity of products in our store. 

How to view the quantity of variations

To view the quantity of variations, follow the previous example and modify the URL by changing the word “products” to “variants“; this way you’ll obtain the count of variations. 

Considerations for adding variants

• You can create up to 100 variants for a product. 

• Each product can have up to three options. Options can vary from one product to another. For example, one product may use size, color, and style, while another product may use weight, finish, and material. 

• If you have 50,000 variants or more in the store, a daily rate limit applies for uploading variants through an app or importing a CSV file. You can add up to 1,000 new variants in a day before reaching the limit. If you have the Shopify Plus plan, the daily rate limit for uploading variants does not apply to your store. 

With these simple steps, you can easily verify the total number of products in your store, as well as the number of variants for each individual product. This process is divided into four phases:

1. Before installation

1.1 Accessing the Control Panel

After purchasing your 360 store, access your control panel. You will notice that your newly acquired 360 store is listed under the ‘Stores’ section.

1.2 Filling in the store information

By clicking on the pencil icon , you will see the form where you need to fill in important information about your store.

1.3 Confirming and sending the data

After filling in all the information and confirming the selected catalogue and theme, click on ‘Send Data.’

2. During the Installation

Since we have received your store’s data, the installation process will take approximately 5-7 business days.

2.1 Following the process

You can follow the installation process of your store from the same section in the control panel, “Shops.”

2.2 Tips and support

This is the perfect time to start your market research if you haven’t done it yet. During these days, do not miss the advice that your Customer Success Advisor will be emailing you.

2.3 Shopify emails

hile we prepare your shop, you will first receive a few emails.

• An email change request was made: You do not have to do anything with this email, Shopify is just informing you.

• Verify your email address: Open this one and click on Verify your email.

3. After the installation

3.1 Creating a Shopify “staff account”

When the installation of your store is complete, you will receive a new email from Shopify with the subject: “Create Staff Account.“
 Open it and click on “Create Staff Account”, you will land on a Shopify page asking you to create a Shopify ID. Do it and accept the invite.

Starting from now, you already have access to your new shop, but you still have to wait for us to transfer the property of the Shop. You can have a look around, but we do not recommend applying any changes to it yet.

3.2 Transferring the ownership

The last step is now transferring the store property to you. You will receive two emails:

• “Accepted staff account” 
• “You’re now the owner of your-store-name” 

3.3 Subscribing to a Shopify Plan

Once we transfer you the property of the store, please don’t do it before this step, it is now time to subscribe to a Shopify Plan for our new 360 Shop. 

You can do that by opening the last email, click on View Settings and after that, select “pick a plan”.

Important: Remember that each store needs a Shopify Plan, so it is not possible to become store owner without subscribing to a Plan.

3.3.4 What to do if you already have a Shopify plan

If you already have a Shopify subscription, let’s check a few alternatives:

• Cancel the plan (specially if it’s still a trial)

• Subscribe to a new plan for BigBuy 360 shop, and keep your existing plan for a second shop you might run.
• Speak with Shopify Support for other possible solutions.

4. After the handover

Congratulations! You are now the owner of your 360 Dropshipping Shop and ready to embark on this exciting journey.

1. Pre-publication check

Before publishing, we must check the products that will be synchronized. 

For this purpose, we have the article on How to manage the inclusion and exclusion of products through the Multi-Channel Integration Platform. In it, we can find all the product selection options offered by our MIP (Multi-Channel Integration Platform). 

Above all, we recommend paying attention to the following common errors: 

1. Brand: If we add a brand, all products related to it will be synchronized, whether or not they are related to our category selection. 

2. Product limit: The product limit indicated on the product selection screen cannot be exceeded. Otherwise, the Publish button will be disabled.

3. Product deletion: Publications do not accumulate, but they are overwritten. If we select a product in the first publication and remove it during the second one, it will stop synchronizing. Additionally, if we delete the product directly in the store, it will reappear in the next update. 

4. Exclusion by status: In this tool, the word “New” refers to all non-refurbished products. Therefore, if we exclude “New” and all the “Refurbished” options, the entire catalog will be excluded.

5. Inclusion and exclusion by reference: We cannot include and exclude a product at the same time based on its reference (SKU). Instead, we should simply remove it from the list of selected products by SKU.

6. Exclusion by price range: This tool affects all selected categories and brands but not the products included by SKU. Let’s say we choose the category “perfumes,” the brand “InnovaGoods,” and 5 sneakers by reference number. If we exclude prices from 0 to 50 euros, we will see all perfumes and InnovaGoods products priced over 50 euros, as well as all sneakers, regardless of their price.

7. Publication: Remember that changes only take effect if you publish them in the final step.

2. Post-publication verification

Once successfully published, we can review the status of the products in the “Products” section by entering the SKU/reference number of each item for which we need more information.

Once inside the product’s profile, we can check the publication status on each channel. 

Next, we will explain the 4 main states and what to do in each case. 

3. Published

This state indicates that the product is synchronized, so it should appear in your store. If it doesn’t, you should contact the technical support of the sales channel and review its configuration. 

If you don’t want the product to continue appearing in your store, you should exclude it from your connector > Catalogue management and republish it. 

If your connector has the Remove of unselected products tool, you can activate it so that products are automatically removed from your store once deselected. 

Not all sales channels allow the use of this tool, so if you can’t find it in the Additional Configuration area of your connector, ask the sales channel how to proceed: either by manually removing the products or waiting for them to disappear automatically. 

In any case, you will see the status change to “Excluded” immediately after publishing the changes. 

4. Not published 

This state includes products that have not been published on the sales channel without being excluded. It refers to: 

• New products that have just appeared in the Multi-Channel Integration Platform. 
• Unpublished channels. 
• Products that are still being published. 

5. Excluded 

This state applies to all products that have never been selected or were selected but are no longer part of the current selection. The status remains regardless of how many publications have been made since it was removed. It only indicates that the reason we can’t find it in our store is because it hasn’t been selected in the Catalog Management step. 

This state also includes products that our system has excluded based on feedback received from the sales channel. There are different reasons for this; you may not be authorized to sell that brand or type of product, your account may be missing some selling permission, etc. 

In this case, we recommend that you contact the sales channel directly to obtain more information about the reason for the exclusion. If they require any documents that we can provide, don’t hesitate to contact us through a customer support ticket via your Contact Area. 

6. Restricted by selling channel

As a preventive measure, some products may not be available for synchronization with certain sales channels. This could be due to various reasons such as specific channel regulations, product limitations, new additions to the catalog still under review, or others. For example, eBay does not allow the sale of sexual or alcoholic products. 

Therefore, regardless of whether you select them in your catalog, they are halted at the time of synchronization. It’s important to understand that these restrictions exist to ensure compliance and a smooth selling experience for both sellers and customers.

Important! Before purchasing your domain name, we recommend you access the general configuration of the Shopify control panel and enter your business information. The reason for this is so that all the information can be reflected on the invoices generated when you purchase the domain name.

By default, Shopify provides a domain of the “name-shop.myshopify.com” type; to buy a domain name on Shopify you need to access the Shopify control panel and find Settings on the sidebar menu on the left.  

Click once on the Domain option, and a new screen will appear on which you can see a list of the available domains for the store.

If you want to buy a new domain, click on Buy a new domain.

Once you have clicked on this, the following screen will show the domain name search, where you need to enter the chosen domain name so that Shopify can tell you whether it is available or not.

If it is available, a button will appear for you to purchase the domain name entered.

Complete the purchase of your new domain.

Before delving into the details, it is vital that you understand the difference between a manual collection and an automated collection. Both options allow you to group products in an organised way, but their focus and method of creation differ significantly.

1. Manual Collection: Your Personal touch

Manual collections are created and managed directly by you, so they give you complete control over which products are included in each of them. This option is ideal when you want to carefully select a small number of specific products. Imagine you have a product category with a special theme, such as “Summer Offers”. In this case, a manual collection will enable you to only display the most relevant and attractive items for your customers.

2. Automated Collection: Simplify management

Automated collections are organised automatically by Shopify according to the criteria and conditions you set. These collections update automatically when products are added or removed in the store, enabling you to save time and work on managing things manually.

Automated collections are ideal when you have a wide variety of products and you want to categorise them automatically according to certain attributes, like tags, prices, inventory, among others.

3. How to create a new collection

Before creating a new collection on Shopify, it is important to activate the option Disable automatic synchronisation of menu categories (within Customise menu categories in additional configuration in Catalogue Management) on the Multichannel and make a new listing. 
By doing so, you will prevent the system from overwriting any changes made to the collections in your store. 

Once the Multichannel listing process is complete, enter your Shopify store and click on the Collections tab in the browsing menu.

Then click on Create collection.

Configure the details of the collection:

• Name of the collection.
• Description (optional).
• Type of collection: Choose between Manual or Automated, according to your needs and preferences.

If you have chosen to create a manual collection, you will be able to add specific products from the Available products section.

To add products, search for those you want to include and click on the Add button.

If you opt for an automated collection, you will have to set filter criteria so that Shopify automatically selects the products that meet these requirements. You can configure up to 60 conditions according to categories, tags, prices, availability and other attributes.

Don’t forget to click on the Save button once you have completed the configuration of your collection.

In both manual and automated collections, it is possible to sort products however you prefer. That means you can further customise your collections, highlight certain products and offer your customers a better shopping experience.

4. Add a product to a manual collection from the product sheet

It is also possible to add a product to a collection from the product sheet. This isn’t just possible for manual collections.

To do so, go to Products on the side menu and open the product you wish to add to a manual collection.

In the Collections section within the product sheet, select the collection you want to include the product in and click on Save.

The product will now be in the selected collection.

5. Hide BigBuy’s collections

Each product offered is linked to one or several specific BigBuy categories. These collections are displayed automatically in your store when you import the products. If, at any time, you decide to remove our collections, it is important to bear in mind that they will appear again automatically. For that reason, we recommend you hide them instead of removing them, following the instructions below.

Before hiding the collections, don’t forget to activate the option Disable automatic synchronisation of menu categories (within Customise menu categories in additional configuration in Catalogue Management) in the Multichannel and create a new listing to save the changes. 
By doing so, you will prevent the system from overwriting any change made in the collections in your store.

Once the listing process is complete, you will be able to hide the collections that you do not want to be displayed in your store.

To do so, follow these instructions:

On the Shopify dashboard, click on Collections, within Products, and select the collection you wish to manage.

By clicking on Manage, you will see the list of sales channels available; uncheck the ones you want to hide the collection from, so it won’t be visible.

Click on Done to save changes.

Finally, make sure you save the changes you make by clicking on Save.
