In this article, we have gathered together a selection of basic articles on configuring and starting to use our AliExpress connector.
Before starting, you need to create a seller account on AliExpress (if you have any queries during the process, take a look at this tutorial).
Once your account has been validated, you can start to publish BigBuy products on AliExpress. If you have any queries, watch our webinar.
The first steps to take:
1. Go to your AliExpress account and configure the shipping costs. Make sure that the shipping costs are configured as “Preset” in AliExpress, otherwise it will not allow you to synchronise with the Multi-channel Integration Platform.
For the costs, which you can always customise, BigBuy recommends:
- Europe :
- 1 kg : 6 euros
- 1-100 kg : 3 euros
- Russia:
- 1 kg : 10 euros
- 1-1,5 kg : 5 euros
2. Log into your BigBuy account. In the Multi-channel >Marketplaces section, you will find the AliExpress logo. By logging in, you can start to configure the synchronisation. To do this, we recommend you take a look at the following articles:
- How to synchronise AliExpress through the Multi-channel Integration Platform
- How to manage the inclusion and exclusion of products through the Multi-Channel Integration Platform
- How do price rules work?
- How orders are synchronized with Multi-channel Integration Platform
3. At the last step, you simply click on “Publish” to activate the synchronisation of your AliExpress business (10 thousand products maximum). Remember that it is not possible to make changes in the Multi-channel for 72 hours after publication.
